About Me

Jeanne: Oh, if I only knew then what I know now. My enlightenment to protecting our environment came ever so slowly. However, I am glad to be part of those who are turning off their lights, their tv and being outdoors exploring nature. The whales were pulling at my heart strings for many years as I lived in the busyness of everyday life. It took my adult son, through his actions to help his mom see just how precious this world of ours is, for us, for our grandkids and future generations. Now, everyday I am thankful for the freedom from the trappings of our 'instant gratification' insatiable culture to live more simply. Of course I am extra fortunate to have wild killer whales to watch, which by the way are my passion!
